It’s official — we’re leaving. Spring has sprung, and that means that Urban School students will be heading out of the classroom and the Legend newsroom for awhile.

Trip Week begins April 15. Urban school students will be going to Joshua Tree National Park, the Marin Headlands north of San Francisco, Alcatraz Island, and other destinations in San Francisco and beyond.

A week of spring break begins April 22, but some of us will be attending at the JEA/NSPA national high school journalism convention in San Francisco, April 25-28.

So we’re leaving, but we’ll be back. We hope you enjoy the stories on our website and please visit again soon!
